MTB is a blend of 80% mulberry silk for shine, strength, and softness, plus 10% bourette silk and 10% tussah silk for a little grip and tooth. This yarn has occasional nubs and slubs which offer a beautiful subtle handmade look and feel. Finished fabrics using this yarn, depending on what they’re woven alongside, have wonderful drape. This yarn has more loft and cush than mulberry silk alone.
